Gunpowder Samurai Warlord

    Across the wasteland is a Warlord leading a sizable community. Not quite a Raider, but not a benevolent wasteland mayor either, this warlord has survived long enough in the wasteland to collect enough equipment to make himself a set worthy of his experience. Inspired by ancient Eastern armor and teachings, the armor was designed to be both unique, practical and light. While at first glance it seems cumbersome and unreasonably complex to be practical, the warlord designed it for himself, and knows how to work around any issues.
    The Warlord is only known as the "Gunpowder Samurai", identity hidden behind that insidious mask, and the only ones who see him without the armor are loyal maidens who take the silent vow. The Warlord is not cruel or psychopathic by nature, but is far from tender or forgiving. His goal is to stretch his tribes across the wasteland, making advanced weapons and machines, ruling the wasteland with an iron will, and warrior heritage. However this isn't a purely ornamental leader. The Warlord is a master of his arts, capable of wielding any weapon with ease, and has absolute mastery over his melee weapons of choice, the Katana and its complimenting Wakizashi. Indeed, one can notice the extreme care taken to both the armor and weapons, to keep them in the best condition possible.
    Like an old king, the Warlord joins his fighting forces on the front lines, fearlessly wandering the wasteland and exploring new sights, scavenging what he can. He is all the more dangerous in the regard that he can appear anywhere without ones knowing. Much like a shadow, the Warlord can remain undetected, yet constantly looming upon his enemies. How he accomplishes it with his gear is widely thought a mystery, until you consider how light dragon skin armor really is.
    A master of firearms and swords, a brutal martial artist, an elite assassin and warrior, a calculating and intelligent leader, and a feared warlord across the wasteland, the Gunpowder Warlord is not to be underestimated and held with the highest respect. He will after all be sure to clarify that before dueling "worthy prey" one on one. He is yet to be defeated in such a duel.

Now I know you guys are thinking "ANOTHER SAMURAI?!" Yeah I know, I already have three of them now, but I just love Samurais, don't hate me. Plus ever since I watched Mad Max Fury Road, I fell in love with Immortan Joe and Bullet Farmers designs. They were the biggest inspirations next to Samurai themselves for this. 
Actually, the real inspiration for this was Carloscara's Shells, the gunlugger artwork, which depicts a wasteland Samurai perfectly. The pose itself is very close to what I drew, I just made my own design.
This also counts to that thing that Comrade and I were doing earlier about designing our own Post-Apocalyptic outfits based on what we had, and what could be actually made with today's resources. Well comrade, this is what I would be after a few years and a lot of hording in the wasteland.
